    SONARISE LLC respects your privacy and processes personal information only where necessary to operate our website, provide and support our software, understand website usage, communicate with users, process purchases, maintain security, and improve our products and services.

    Purchases of SONARISE software are processed through FastSpring, which acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions made through its checkout.
    FastSpring handles payment processing, transaction administration, applicable taxes and VAT, fraud prevention, and payment-related services.
    SONARISE does not directly collect or store your complete payment card number, CVV, or other complete payment credentials.
    SONARISE may receive certain information relating to your purchase from FastSpring, including your name, email address, purchased product, order reference, transaction status, country, billing information made available to us, and other information necessary to provide the purchased software, customer support, licensing assistance, refunds, and transaction-related support.

    FastSpring acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases processed through its checkout. FastSpring is responsible for processing the customer transaction, collecting payment, handling applicable transaction taxes, administering payment methods, and performing related payment and fraud-prevention services.
    Purchases processed by FastSpring may also be subject to FastSpring's applicable terms of sale, privacy terms, and checkout conditions.
    Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer's country, currency, payment provider, and FastSpring checkout configuration.

  4. SOFTWARE LICENCE / EULA
    When you purchase or download SONARISE software, you receive a licence to use the software. You do not acquire ownership of the software itself, its source code, underlying technology, trademarks, graphics, interface designs, documentation, or other intellectual property.
    Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, SONARISE grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use the purchased software for lawful music production, sound design, audio production, post-production, audiovisual work, and other lawful creative or professional purposes.
    You may use audio, music, sound recordings, and other creative works produced using SONARISE software for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
    You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, publish, or distribute the SONARISE software itself except where explicitly permitted; share licence credentials or activation access with unauthorised third parties; circumvent or attempt to circumvent licensing, activation, security, or copy-protection systems; falsely represent SONARISE software or intellectual property as your own; use SONARISE software for unlawful purposes; or distribute modified versions of SONARISE software without written permission.
    Nothing in this agreement is intended to restrict activities that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.
    SONARISE retains all intellectual-property rights in its software, technology, branding, product names, graphics, interfaces, documentation, website content, and related materials.
    Updates
    SONARISE may provide software updates, maintenance releases, patches, improvements, security updates, or new versions.
    We do not guarantee that all future updates, new features, or major product versions will be provided free of charge unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  5. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
    System requirements, operating-system compatibility, supported plugin formats, supported DAWs, hardware requirements, and other technical requirements may vary between SONARISE products.
    Users should review the compatibility information provided on the relevant product page before purchasing or installing a product.
    We aim to provide accurate compatibility information. However, software compatibility may also depend on operating-system updates, DAW versions, computer hardware, system configuration, security software, drivers, and third-party software outside SONARISE's control.

  6. REFUND POLICY
    SONARISE provides refunds for purchases processed through FastSpring.
    When a refund is approved, it will be issued as a full 100% refund of the applicable purchase price.
    To request a refund, contact admin@sonarise.studio and provide the email address used for the purchase and, where available, the relevant FastSpring order reference.
    Refunds are processed through FastSpring and may be returned to the original payment method or otherwise processed according to the payment method and FastSpring's transaction procedures.
    The time required for a refunded payment to appear may depend on FastSpring, the payment provider, the customer's bank, and the original payment method.
    SONARISE reserves the right to review refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or misuse of the refund process.
    Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

    Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.

  7. WEBSITE CONTENT
    The SONARISE website may include text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, product demonstrations, software information, branding, interface images, and other content.
    Unless otherwise stated, website content is owned by or licensed to SONARISE and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
    The SONARISE website does not require access to your microphone or camera for its normal operation.

  8. SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS AND INSTALLATION
    SONARISE software may be provided as downloadable software, plugins, installers, updates, or related files.
    Users are responsible for ensuring that their computer, operating system, DAW, and other relevant software meet the stated system requirements before installation.
    Downloading or installing SONARISE software does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property to the user.
    Users should obtain SONARISE software only from official SONARISE distribution channels or authorised sources.

  9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
    SONARISE may update, modify, replace, discontinue, or temporarily suspend portions of the website, software, downloads, products, or services where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical changes, business operations, compatibility, product development, or other legitimate reasons.
    We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, downloads, online services, or every product at all times.

  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SONARISE is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the website or software where such liability may lawfully be limited.
    SONARISE is not responsible for issues caused by unsupported systems, third-party software, operating-system changes, DAW updates, incompatible hardware, user modifications, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
    Nothing in these Legal & Policies excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  11. CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES
    SONARISE may update these Legal & Policies from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services, payment providers, analytics tools, software functionality, business practices, or applicable requirements.
    The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
